Wednesday - Circuit Training Night
Thursday - add-hoc, speed or hill
Hill Sessions on the 1st Thursday of every month with club coach
Spot the runners - Start time is usually at 7pm, give yourself 15 minutes before hand to say hello. Don’t be shy, just speak to any of the runners, we meet in the upstairs bar area to avoid blocking the reception area of the Sports Centre
