Club Standards consist of a level of achievement over a number of race disciplines.
To qualify, a runner must complete 5 of the 7 events within the time specified for their current age
For example, a female runner achieving 5 runs at the age of
43 over 5 seperate distances and within the timebands listed will
be awarded a medal at the appropriate level
Runners will have 5 years to achieve their medal ranking, multiple awards will be made to the same runner achieving the qualifying standard at two (or more) seperate age levels
