We have been invited to join Garstang running club for a social run on Thursday 27th August at 7 pm.
They are organizing great off road runs to suit all abilities.
The plan after the run is to go to the Royal Oak in Garstang for sandwiches and chips ( the odd pint too for those who want).
We will meet them at Garstang sports and social club at 7 pm for the run.
Suggest we meet at the YMCA at 6.30pm to car share.
